My experience was great from the beginning. In the discovery part, they took the time to review, test, and plan the best option for my situation. I feel like they were on my side, looking for the best that fits my expectations and giving a professional opinion. The execution of the plan was excellent. In my case, a few things on my front lawn needed to be disturbed, but they did their best to preserve most of it without compromising the service that needed to be done. Highly recommend, take the time to talk with them and ask all the questions that are needed to make the best decision
Chandler was great at servicing our tankless water heater and explaining the very likely consequences of not having a water softener installed alongside the tankless heater. He was quickly able to address all other plumbing concerns, as well as installing the water softener, all of which was unexpected on the initial call. Additionally , he helped to coordinate another specialist to come inspect our drainage system for potential repairs. All in all, I greatly appreciated his thorough response, informative/educational conversation and friendly banter while he worked.
Woke up to a leaky water heater, they came the next day, less than 12 hours later. Hunter was AWESOME! He gave us tons of options, shared the pros and cons of each, and wasn't pushy at all on which option we should choose. He took care of everything, was clean, polite, and professional! Would absolutely recommend and will 100% be our first call if we need help again in the future!
The technicians Cort and Hunter did an Awesome job working hard all day. All of your technicians went the extra mile to help with financing and removing and installing the heater. They removed the hot water heater and put it back after the utility room was cleaned. Your company should be proud to have all of them working for you. I will call on your company for future needs and recommend them to friends and co-workers.

David from Expert Services found the leak in our utility room and carefully checked our water system, explaining how everything worked and restarting our water softener and filter to make sure everything worked properly. He swapped out our kitchen faucet for a Moen faucet that has been a dream. The garbage disposal he installed has been powerful, but whisper quiet. David did excellent quality work quickly, sourced hard to find parts, and stayed late to finish. Outstanding plumber and just a nice caring person.
We were provided excellent, honest, and promised service. We had a big project and were provided an estimate. Despite the project taking a bit longer than expected, they were true to their estimate. I trust them, especially David, and will always go back to Expert Services.
