Wow, did these guys come through. We're new restaurant owners, and recently got a call from our store that the water heater was completely out–no hot water at all. Bad news for a restaurant. It was late enough on that day that we couldn't do anything about it, but Expert Plumbing stepped up to the plate and got us taken care of the very next day on New Years Eve, and at what I thought was a great price (we had a new water heater installed.) Everyone from their office personnel to the owner of the company was friendly and super-professional. They're our go-to plumbers from now on :)

Josh and Forrest repaired a leaking waterline from the water main into our house. Even though this required Josh to stay until after dark on Christmas Eve, he willingly did this to get water back to our home. Everyone we dealt with was professional and went out of the way to be of service. They completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this group.

Stuart was absolutely awesome! He was professional, on time, and had great communication skills. He showed and explained exactly what he was doing, what caused the issue, and answered any extra questions we had. After quickly fixing the issue, he went above and beyond to even check out behind our electrical panel and make sure everything was in good order and all connections were tightened to ensure there were no issues there. The diagnostic fee and price to fix the issue was VERY reasonable for an expert in the field to check it out. We had previously had an electrician come and quote us for $600 to diagnose and fix it, without even opening the light switch to check if it was an easy fix (which it ended up being)! Yikes!
Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric itself was great to communicate in multiple ways to confirm my appointment and to let me know when Stuart was on his way. I will definitely be using Expert Services - Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical again and would be happy to have Stuart help us with any further electrical needs!

I called on a Wednesday late afternoon and they were able to come to my home first thing Thursday morning. It was a leak in a pipe running from the kitchen down to the family room. He was able to find the leak and repair it that morning. I was so grateful and he did such a great job!

We were very impressed. Richard was the technician who came, and he was amazing! We expected there to be push-back since there was a problem with our furnace caused by changes made to it during installation of a new AC unit months previously, but he fixed the problem it caused with our heating system, and it was all covered under warranty. He went above and beyond in providing a good service and was happy to answer all of our questions. He also gave future recommendations if we we started having problems with a different part of the heater that seemed like it was wearing down. He definitely had a lot of integrity and took pride in doing a good job. We are so grateful!

they were very prompt and professional. I called them for an emergency service on a commercial sump pump in a restaurant. I have tried several others in the past, but no one seemed to know what they were doing. It only took them 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and after getting the part, had us up and running. because of their knowledge and expertise, we were able to open for dinner instead of closing down for the night.

I had a leaky pipe that caused water to leak down from the upstairs bathroom and created a water drip through the ceiling of the kitchen. They were able to come repair the problematic pipe on the same day that I called for help! The cost was explained upfront and they told me they would communicate with me if the estimated cost were to go up. (Luckily, it did not!) The technician, Bruce explained the issues and helped me understand the situation and what he was doing to repair the pipe. All in all, it was completed in an amazingly timely, affordable and professional manner!
